Manage Alert Display
The Alert Display tab on the report builder screen is used to publish a report as a website alert for a designated time period. The main use case for this will be when publishing a Food Security Alert.

Selecting the Publish as website alert option will add a banner at the top of all the selected Affected Region country or region pages. Adjust the Affected Regions field on the Metadata tab if necessary.
The report title will be used for the alert banner headline.
The Alert banner display period is set to 90 days from the report creation date by default. The start and end dates can be edited as needed.
A website alert can only be set on the original report node, and cannot be set on a translation.
Watch the below video for a walkthrough of adding a website alert.

Only one website alert banner can be displayed on a given country or region page at a time.
If multiple alerts are set for a given country or region for an overlapping time period, the website will show the banner with the most recent display start date.
If you want an older report to display instead, you can either:
Remove the country or region from the Affected regions field on the Metadata tab of the newer report, or
Backdate the Alert display Start date of the newer report
