The following list of tasks and features for the FEWS NET website are included in the Sprint 36 release.

Webform and Mailchimp Updates

Add security reCAPTCHA to webform (FNW-955)

A reCAPTCHA was added to the communications / contact us pages to prevent malicious spam. 

Update website handlers for contact us form (FNW-1157)

The contact handlers were updated to provide increased oversight over incoming messages and spam to the website.

Mailchimp - region name display (FNW-1107)

Subscribers who elect to receive emails by topic (all food security reports, all markets and trade reports, etc.) will see the region name displayed next to the report type.

Mailchimp - duplicate reports (FNW-1041)

If a subscriber elects to receive emails by region as well as topic, they will only see a report once in the email, rather than twice. 

Translations

Translated Guidance Document PDFs (FNW-1065)

Guidance Document PDFs in Spanish and French were added to the website. 

Fix “Table” in translations (FNW-1168)

The automated table numbers in reports will appear in the language of the associated report content.
