The following work for the FEWS NET website is included in the Sprint 65 release.
Note: Items marked with an asterisk ( * ) affect the user interface for creating and editing reports in the CMS.
Reports
Report - Large Static images (FNW-1667)
Users now have the ability to click and expand all images in reports.
Report - Adjust PDF report description to align with web description (FNW-1517)
The description in the auto-generated report PDF has been adjusted to remove the word “about” before the report type, which was previously removed from the web description.
Report - Copy/paste from Google Suite test (FNW-1968)
Adjusted the CSS for PDF generation to remove an underline element that was overriding the anchor styles, making linked text appear black instead of globe green.
Media
*Add bulk importer for media files (FNW-1888)
Analysts and other users of the CMS can now import multiple media files in the Media library using the new Upload media in bulk button. Multiple files can also be uploaded to the Media library when adding an image to a report. The upload screen now supports drag and drop functionality in addition to the Select files button.
Technical Cleanup
Update Stage File Proxy module (FNW-1819)
The Stage File Proxy module was updated, as the previous version was no longer supported.
Create maintenance message when visualization is not available (FNW-1894)
A maintenance message field was created that can be used if visualizations are unavailable.
Remove unused block types (FNW-1919)
Unused block types were removed to reduce technical debt.
Remove unused paragraph types (FNW-1920)
Unused paragraph styles were removed to reduce technical debt.
Remove unused web components (FNW-1921)
Unused web components were removed to reduce technical debt.
Finalize and document git/release workflow (FNW-1759)
A new website release workflow was created and documented.
Remove Gotenberg PDF generator if not used anymore (FNW-1545)
An older version of the PDF generator was removed to reduce technical debt.
Deploy local version of D7 website (FNW-1934)
The full version of the D7 website can be deployed locally on developer computers, and temporary access can be given to others to view on an as-needed basis.
