Added titles above the videos on the El Nino page.

Adjustments to food security report PDFs for new IPC disclaimer ( FNW-1428 , FNW 1435 )
Based on a few recent agreements with the IPC, updated the food security maps disclaimer language on our website and in reports.
Endnote line duplicating on bottom of report PDFs ( FNW-1093 )
Removed code that was duplicating the line above endnotes for each one.
*Restore report image text field adjustments ( FNW-1525 )
Restored the naming convention for the Image Text field on reports.
