July 28, 2023 Release Notes

The following list of tasks, features and bugs fixes for the FEWS NET website are included in the Sprint 33 release.

Note: Items marked with an asterisk ( * ) effect the user interface for creating and editing reports in the CMS.

Tasks and Features

Add a field for acronym to the report taxonomy term (FNW-1050)

This update adds a field for a report acronym to be added for all report types.

Update PDF file name to include acronym (FNW-1052)

If the field created in FNW-1050 is populated with an acronym, the acronym will be added to the report PDF file name for newly generated reports. 

*Add undo button in content fields (FNW-1084)

An undo button was added to the WYSIWYG editor for reports. 

D9 Module Updates (FNW-1072)

Several Drupal modules were out of date and required an update. 

Create custom “latest key message update” block for region pages (FNW-1108)

A custom block was added to all of the region pages. This block shows the most recent food security report for the region, including all countries within that region.

Create export of all report descriptions (“about this report” box on report nodes) (FNW-1078)

An export was created that listed the current description for all reports. This description is shown at the end of each report, and the text updates will be applied in future sprints.

Bugs

Fix unsorted search results from Latest Analysis Call-to-Action link (FNW-1057)

The CTA link on the latest analysis block was updated so region would be applied. 

Update report PDF table formatting - header row (FNW-1095)

The header row was updated to change the color of the font from black to white. 

Fix SSH Token for web releases (FNW-1110)

A fix was applied to the token used for production web releases. 

Recent reports unavailable from FSO, FSOU, KMU Related Analysis view (FNW-1112)

The newly created view was adjusted to show the most recent reports. 

Reduce partner logo size in PDFs (FNW-1082)

The partner logos in PDFs have been restored to their previous size requirements.
