User Profile Page

The User Profile page displays the account groups associated with your account type and your account details.

Accessing the User Profile page

The User Profile page can be accessed from the header of any screen in FDE:

  1. Hover over the profile icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Click Manage your preferences to go to the User Profile page.

Manage your preferences is the first link in the menu that appears when you focus on the profile icon.
The User Profile page can be accessed from the home page as well as the domain pages.

Account Type

The Account Type section displays a list of account groups you currently belong to. This section also includes a link to request a change to your account groups.

Account types lists groups such as External users.
An example of the account groups that provide standard access to FDE for external users.

Account Details

The Account Details section displays the email address associated with your account.
