Enabling Notifications

The FDW contains an email notification function that you can enable to receive automated notifications when data collections are published or under review for specific source documents.

To enable data notifications:

1. Go to Metadata Management > Warehouse > Source Documents

2. Find the source document you want to receive notifications for. You can use the search bar to enter the name of the data source document or use the available filters.

3. Click on the name of the source document to access the Change Source Document screen.

4. To receive a notification when a data collection is published:

   1. Under Published Notifications, click the Add Another button.

   2. Enter your email address in the box that appears.

   3. If you wish to enter multiple email addresses, repeat steps a and b for each email.

5. To receive a notification when a data collection is changed to the Under Review status:

   1. Under Under Review Notifications, click the Add Another button.

   2. Enter your email address in the box that appears.

   3. If you wish to enter multiple email addresses, repeat steps a and b for each email.

6. Select one of the Save options.
